Knackering week! A project deadline over with (now onto the next!), 2 shows, and lotsa exciting news. Well, if anyone would like to read my reviews for stuff, here they are below:

A LIFE IN THE THEATRE: http://www.catnip.o-f.com/alifeinthetheatre.htm

HIS DARK MATERIALS PART 1: http://www.catnip.o-f.com/hisdarkmaterials.htm

All wonderful stuff! Then I hear John Owen-Jones is returning to Les Mis as Valjean! *Gasps* If I get to see him perform in the role, that'll be another one of those goals ticked off on my list of things to do/see. A very good source told me that Joanna Ampil is leaving :( Everytime I've seen the show, she's been on as Fantine, that lady has a track record and a half! Wonder who'll be on next...? JOJ's last night in Phantom tomorrow night, hope he gives the performance of a lifetime :) LOL, unless just before the show starts, the voice overhead says, "And tonight, the understudy for the Phantom will be ..."

Oh, and here's a pic of a tiger I drew: http://www.catnip.o-f.com/Art/tiger.htm

*SPAM* Hope you're all well! Although I do not always get the time to comment, I do read everything!

Wait, wouldn't that make it asti's birthday as well, or am I confused? Regardless, happy birthday!

I wished that was showing when I was in London, because I was very curious to see it staged, but oh, well.

Hm, I really liked Joanna Ampil. At least Ragalalala left, so next time I see it, we just have to get rid of Stephen Tate. Excuse my meanness. ;)

Good job on the tiger. I hate watercolors, so I applaud you all the more.

Oh I really ahould say on my site that though they were a birthday present, my present was al the way back in October (same as Asti's of course!). ;) We waited a long time for good seats I tells ya, but well worth 'em.

Ragalalalala, LOL! I can never say her name either. You not like Stephen Tate? A lot of people don't seem to, what's the matter with him?

*Bows*

Ok, I was really confused. What sort of weird twins are you guys, anyway? ;)

I wasn't a big fan of Ragalalala's Eponine. She would switch so suddenly from cutesy to just freakishly scary and stalkery. Nice voice, but her acting... especially her "Electric Shock Special" death. Anyway.

I don't hate Tate, he just seems really stale. He doesn't seem to be paying that much attention to what he's doing, and he's almost always the same and he's been there forever. It's not like he's hideously bad, I'd just like to see someone else. Of course, the same could be said of another male performer in the show who I happen to like a whole lot better, but, allow me my quirks. ;)

He is bad. Bad bad bad. His "bits" take away from the show rather than add to to it, plus he's really bland on the good parts. I'd rather see Michael Hayward Jones than Stephen Tate, and MHJ was totally miscast (but I did get a few good performances out of him, while I never saw a good performance out of Tate). I'd rather see JP Dougherty because he was just stale and boring all through, but he didn't ruin bits like the intro to Stars.

See, I don't dislike him that much; I was able to ignore the things that I didn't like, for the most part. I didn't think he was great but I didn't loathe him either.

Oh all twins are weird ;)

Electric shock death, I don't quite remember he death scene anymore. In fact, I rarely remember any of them....Javert's is slightly more special! :D

I get what you mean, Stephen Tate always does and says the same things....But I'm biased towards him (in a good sense) cos helooks like my karate instructor.

Well, this seemed a bit weirder than usual. ;)

She would just sing and act somewhat pained, until near the end, when she'd jerk around like she was getting shocked. It was really distracting and weird. But at least she didn't roll quite as spectacuarly as say, Midi's. ;)

I think that's just what your sister said. ;) It's not that he's untalented, I just find him deeply boring after I saw him more than once.

Have to see JOJ as Valjean, just to hear him sing 'Who Am I' and 'Brig Him Home' LIVE :D

Oh and my birthday was back in October, I should make that clearer in my review, but thankyou ;D
